THE person of interest in the k*lling of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been seen for the first time in pictures released by the FBI.

A college-aged man wearing a baseball hat, sunglasses, and a black shirt with the American flag on it was shown climbing stairs to the roof where he allegedly assassinated Kirk on Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators found a gµn, footprints, and “good video” of the suspect who assassinated Kirk, 31, in a targeted attack at Utah Valley University on Wednesday afternoon, FBI officials said on Thursday.

Stills from security camera footage show a young man whom the FBI identified as a “person of interest” and asked the public to share any information about him.

MURDER WEAPON

The “high-powered, bolt-action rifle” used to k*ll Kirk was found wrapped in a towel in the nearby woods after the s*høøting, Robert Bohls, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Salt Lake City office, said at a press conference on Thursday.

The weapon, a Mauser .30-06, is seen in a picture first published by the New York Post.

The gµn is described as an older-model military rifle that’s commonly used by hunters, according to the New York Times.

Investigators reportedly found bullets engraved with transgender and antifascist messages inside the rifle, the Wall Street Journal reported.
