Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs had a short and sweet conversation at midfield after the veteran wide receiver got revenge on his former team.

Returning to Buffalo for the first time as a visitor, Stefon Diggs had a field day with 10 receptions for 146 yards in a 23-20 win over the Bills on “Sunday Night Football.” The Pats completed the upset when rookie kicker Andy Borregales made a 52-yard field goal in the waning seconds.

One year after an awkward post-game interaction when Stefon Diggs’ Houston Texans defeated Josh Allen’s Bills, the two had a classier exchange this time around.

The reigning league MVP can be heard telling Diggs, “Love you.” The All-Pro wider eceiver responds with, “Love you too.”

Despite putting up all-world numbers with Allen in Buffalo, Diggs was oftentimes unhappy and not afraid to express his frustration with the team. Though Diggs and Allen remain tight-lipped about potential friction in their relationship, it’s evident that the former couldn’t last in Buffalo beyond 2023.

Diggs is now 2-0 against his former teammate since the trade to Houston. The two teams will meet again at New England in Week 15.
