McAfee and the rest of the College GameDay crew were live at the University of Miami for the Hurricanes‘ showdown against in-state rival Florida.

Known for his antics, the 38-year-old made sure to conclude the program in shocking fashion.

After picking Miami to beat Florida, McAfee traveled to the famous high dive at the outdoor pool on campus.

McAfee got out of his chair and ran while speaking of how the Hurricanes were back to being a top team.

He then went to the highest diving platform of the pool next to the College GameDay set and stunned those in attendance and TV viewers.

McAfee took off his clothes and only wore a Speedo as he yelled out, “The U is back!” before diving feet-first into the pool.

The crowd then went wild as his colleagues could be heard clapping at the stunt.

McAfee then gave the Hurricanes’ U-sign as he made his way out of the pool.

Social media users praised McAfee’s stunning act on the hit college football pregame show.

“OMG Pat, that was legendary!!!!” one wrote

However, Mark Richt can still claim that title.

During Richt’s first season as the Hurricanes’ head coach, he performed a backflip off the high dive at a prospect camp in the summer of 2016.

Still, McAfee is continuing to help fill the void left on College GameDay after the legendary Lee Corso’s retirement.

The show would end with Corso’s headgear pick that got the crowd amped up.

The 90-year-old Corso made the 431st and final headgear selection of his iconic stint on the show for Week 1 of the season.
