Over the years, fans have witnessed various gambling actions in NBA games. Several basketball players have faced investigations for their gambling actions during games.
The most recent drama surrounded former Detroit Pistons guard Malik Beasley, who recently got a surprising update on his Federal Gambling Investigation. Recently, the former NFL star Johnny Manziel admitted to his gambling addiction on NBA games.
“I was addicted to the NBA. It was the years of like Bron [LeBron James] coming back to Cleveland, Melo still really good, Kobe, the Christmas games were like amazing. For me i was so tapped in and hooked on weekly basketball. To get home from a practice and turn a game on at 7 or 8 at night like i was F****** gambling. Like I was F****** ripping NBA games every single day, tapped into it. Loved it, bro, and was on like a crazy ride of it. After I got cut in Cleveland, I learned about casino credit and like getting a wire and like walking into the table and taking 100k out,” Manziel said (via Lake Show Yo).
Another name that recently appeared in the headlines about Gambling is former NBA player Gilbert Arenas.

“Yet New York has also been cited as a team that could pursue Malik Beasley after ESPN reported Friday that Beasley is no longer the target of a federal gambling investigation.” Fischer wrote in his recent reports.

Additionally, he led the team to finish the regular season in the 6th spot in the Eastern Conference standings with a 44-38 record.
