Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors star player, aims to win the championship in the 2025-26 NBA season. This offseason, he has been demonstrating his strong preparation. A recently surfaced video showed him running through a village while wearing a weighted vest.
Despite his intense training, Curry took time to connect with fans around the world. He recently arrived in China for his Curry Training Camp ‘World Tour,’ where he will conduct his renowned training camp over the next three to four days.
Upon his arrival, a large crowd of fans welcomed him on the streets with posters and jerseys, chanting in support of their superstar. Additionally, he was greeted by an impressive drone display. Videos of the event quickly went viral on social media platforms.
Before entering China, Curry shared a heartfelt message for his Chinese fans. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, “Counting down the hours until I touchdown in China. These tours have been something I loved since the earlier days in my career. My fan base in China is like no other and I can’t wait to share all the Curry Brand activations we have lined up this year.”

Curry delivered stellar performances during the 2024-25 NBA season, leading the Golden State Warriors to the postseason and dominating the Houston Rockets in the first round of the playoffs. However, the team faced a significant setback when Curry suffered a strained hamstring in the second quarter of Game 1 of the conference semifinals against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Despite this setback, Curry remains focused on winning the championship in the upcoming 2025-26 NBA season. In a recent interview, he discussed his preparations for the new season.
“I don’t spend as much time on the court as I did back in the day. But it’s much more intentional and much more purposeful.” Curry said at his Curry Camp on Thursday.
As he prepares for the upcoming season, Curry recently revealed that the only thing motivating him for his 17th career season. And that is none other than being championship relevant in an already tough NBA league.
