ESPN’s Shams Charania recently excited fans by announcing the matchups for the opening night games of the 2025-26 NBA season. He also revealed the Christmas Day games for 2025, which will feature the San Antonio Spurs facing off against the Oklahoma City Thunder. While Spurs fans are excited about this news, they also have concerns regarding Jeremy Sochan’s situation.

Sochan has been included in the roster for the Poland team at the 2025 EuroBasket. However, Poland recently received disappointing news regarding him. On Sunday, the Polish Basketball Federation announced that Sochan will not be participating in EuroBasket 2025 due to a calf strain.

We are very sorry that Jeremy’s summer with the national team ends so soon. He is a valued member of our squad and has a great connection with the team,” National Team Director Lukasz Koszarek said.

While this is disappointing news for Poland fans, Spurs fans remain optimistic as reports indicate he will be ready for NBA training camp.
