Liam Neeson has spilled all about filming a ‘strange’ sex scene with co-star Pamela Anderson for their new movie, The Naked Gun.
The actors have finally teamed up as an unlikely comedy duo for their detective flick, with 73-year-old Neeson starring as detective Frank Drebin Jr, who investigates a plan to assassinate Queen Elizabeth II.
Meanwhile, 58-year-old Anderson plays the sister of a man who died under suspicious circumstances – Beth Davenport.
Somewhere along the film, the characters become romantically involved and the actors’ chemistry has been so good it’s even led to people questioning their relationship status in real life.
But during the flick, there’s a scene which has been dubbed the weirdest scene Neeson has ever recorded for a movie.
The film’s writers Dan Gregor and Doug Mand said it was the ‘strangest sex scene of [Neeson’s] life’, with Grego telling Metro: “This is a spoiler, but he has a great … very strange love scene that I believe has to be the strangest sex scene of his life.”

Mand added: “Every day was the strangest thing. Every scene is like, ‘Liam Neeson is doing this?’”
The actor himself went on to reveal all during an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show.
The star was talking about what it’s like to film intimate sex scenes with Anderson, particularly what it’s like to work with an intimacy coordinator for the first time.
While he called it ‘a little bit strange’, he noted that ‘Pamela and I knew… [what to do].’
However, Colbert wanted to know about something else and probed: “There’s an unexpected threesome.”
The threesome in question involves a snowman.
Yes, really.
“That was a first,” said Neeson. “That had to be specifically choreographed.”

He revealed he had to use a double for a nude scene which provided a close up of his character’s bum, leading him to want the conversation to keep moving as he said: “Let’s move on.”
The pair’s chemistry onscreen and offscreen has been the topic of speculation since the movie released.
It came after the duo looked cosy during red carpet appearances to promote the film, as well as interviews.
In the interview, Neeson told Colbert: “She’s great in the movie, she’s terrific.
“She loves to cook, she loves to bake. She made me sourdough loaves during the shoot, bran loaves which I love.”
But when asked about whether the two were potentially romantically involved, Neeson joked: “What? I don’t understand the question. I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry as two actors. Like ‘oh, this is nice. Let’s not mould this. Let’s just let it breathe,’ and that’s what we did.”
