Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards is going through a messy divorce with Aaron Phypers. More recently, she has accused him of domestic abuse, and a judge granted her a temporary order of protection. Now, he’s alleging that Denise carried on an affair and says it was with one of her Special Forces castmates.

Denise and Aaron tied the knot in September of 2018. However, he filed for divorce from the actress and reality star on July 7, listing their date of separation as July 4. Notably, Denise’s daughter, Sami Sheen, posted a TikTok video in the days leading up to the filing in which she discussed ending toxic relationships.

Aaron spoke with The Daily Mail and went into detail about the affair he claims Denise was having with a special forces soldier, Rudy Reyes. Aaron told the outlet that he caught wind of it in April and that she promised to break things off with the guy. However, he then learned that she had hooked up with him again at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California.

This led to a massive fight on the fourth of July weekend, and Aaron says Denise smashed his phone. The divorce filing came the following Monday. Aaron told the outlet, “I’m brokenhearted and f***ing tired. Really, she’s f***ed me up. We’ve been together nine years, and for her to do that and to lie to me consistently – I’m totally tired and drained.”

He then said that her addiction to prescription pills was part of the reason for their issues. According to him, “She’s got a real problem. She mixes it too with booze, and she stays up all night. She’s there on her computer and taking stuff, then she hides the bottles. It’s gotten out of hand, and I’m really concerned. She buys them in bottles of 500 pills. I don’t know where she gets them from, but she always has them.”

Aaron added, “I don’t know what the market rate for those are but it’s $10, $20, $30, $50 each pill. You do the math – lot of money is going out the window for that.” Additionally, he described the conditions of Denise’s lifestyle and said that she had 58 dogs at one point. Aaron also stated that he was typically left to clean up behind the dogs.

He went on, “It is so gnarly. There was petrified dog c**p under one of the girls’ beds. The maids just sweep it under the bed. It’s a beautiful home, but no one picks up the mess.”

Regarding how he learned of the affair, Aaron says he found over 100 explicit text messages and photos on her phone. He stated, “I just had this feeling that something was off because her behavior had changed – she was being kind of cool to me. I opened her phone – we both know each other’s passwords – so I opened it up, and then I went to her deleted texts, and there were 107 of them between her and this guy.”

He continued, “I went through them, and it just broke my heart. As for him, he’s really is a w**ker.” Regarding the text, include instances of setting up hotel dates and numerous x-rated pictures.

One of the texts from Denise reads, “I really can’t wait to talk to you in person actually.  I felt a connection as a human being when I met you and you put that potato sack over my head.” Aaron also told the outlet that he discovered that Denise had a second phone number after they began to rebuild trust with one another.

Aaron also denies Denise’s claims of abuse and says that she is trying to “destroy” him. He also says he is unable to retrieve his power tools due to the temporary restraining order.
