Charlie Kirk’s Killing Has Caused Massive Firings Across The Nation
Individuals who have posted social media content about Charlie Kirk risk losing their jobs.
Unfortunately, many think freedom of speech means freedom from consequence.
According to multiple media reports, pilots, teachers, professors, deans, and sports staff members are among those who have been fired or suspended after discussing Kirk’s murder online.
The reports of people being fired over their social media content continue to happen as everyone wants to give their unfiltered opinion on Charlie Kirk’s death.
Those fired include Matthew Dowd, a political consultant on MSNBC, who said live on TV that Kirk had “been one of the most divisive, especially divisive younger figures in this, who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups.”
An assistant dean at a Tennessee college has also lost their job.
