Zach Bryan has taken a direct shot at his ex-girlfriend, Brianna “Chickendry” LaPaglia, and Barstool Sports.
The feud between the country music sensation and the sports media entity appeared to have died down, as there was no activity going back to last November. However, Bryan reignited the feud this week, and in the literal sense, too, lighting a Barstool Sports flag on fire before teeing off on it.

The reason for this latest outburst from Zach is unknown, but it’s hardly a secret that he’s had serious beef with Barstool, with owner Dave Portnoy repeatedly going at him on the back of the breakup.

LaPaglia accused the singer of emotional abuse while revealing she turned down a $12 million NDA that would have prevented her from speaking about their relationship after the breakup.
She took to Instagram after he was shown burning the flag, responding in a few posts, one of which read, “Nurse, he’s loose again.” Another showed a screenshot of her searching for information on how to file a restraining order.
“I’ve never woken up and had, like, the urge to burn something,” she also said in a video posted to TikTok.
“I don’t think that’s a normal thing to — have you guys ever woken up being like, ‘I have to burn something right now,” she added. “Or else I would implode if I don’t burn something and light it on fire and cause chaos and mass destruction?’ No. Evil villains do that.”
It appears the beef is well and truly back on, and it’s safe to assume that Portnoy will get involved soon, although he will be busier, given his new gig with FOX’s ‘Big Noon Kickoff’.
