Tom Brady is planning to land a Super Bowl winning head coach for the Raiders.
For the first time in 18 years, John Harbaugh is without a job.

On Tuesday, the Baltimore Ravens fired Harbaugh after their season-ending loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was the second-longest active tenured head coach in the NFL, and now he is jobless. That won’t last for long.
Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti said Harbaugh built a “Hall of Fame coaching career” during his 18 years with the team. he added that the team will always be grateful to a coach he called “a steadfast pillar of humility and leadership.”
His coaching resume speaks for itself, which is why so many teams want him right now. That includes another AFC team.

The Las Vegas Raiders are tired of being losers. Vegas has had one playoff game since moving from Oakland. They’ve also seen five different coaches in that time. Tom Brady is ready to end that after the team fired head coach Pete Carroll.
It was previously announced that Brady would be helping in the club’s search for a head coach. He isn’t wasting any time. Tom Brady is ‘ready to pounce’ to secure John Harbaugh to the Raiders, per The Daily Mail.
‘They want to bring in John immediately,’ the source explains. ‘The Raiders knew that he or [Pittsburgh’s] Mike Tomlin were going to be likely let go after the last game of the season, and now that this has happened, they are ready to pounce.
‘They are looking to have a meeting with him the moment he is ready to have a meeting. The Raiders hold the No 1 pick in the NFL Draft and Tom and Mark Davis want to put a winning team on the field.
‘They think that John would be the best available option to lead the team to a very successful future.’
Though Harbaugh won a Super Bowl in 2012, he hasn’t made it out of the AFC since then. The Ravens failed to make the playoffs for the first time since 2020 this year. While the end of Harbaugh’s tenure in Baltimore wasn’t great, he’s still a proven winner.
If he could get the Raiders into the playoffs for consecutive years, he would already become a legend.
